Traditional promoters focus on live ticket revenue. WSS uses live events as marketing engines for the digital platform.

WHY SACRIFICE TICKETS?

Derived from Leapfrog Fight TV historicals, early WSS launch patterns, and industry-standard sports SVOD retention metrics.

Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) = €25: Based on a €12.5k Event Losses (EvEx) budget generating 500 new subscribers per event. Proof of Acquisition: LFN events historically acquired ~300 subscribers per event on a €12k budget with a combined fighter social reach of 45k. WSS London boasts a €35k budget with a combined fighter reach of 91.8k. The main/co-main events for the first 5 WSS shows have a combined reach of 227k (vs LFN's 30k).

Gross Margin (>90%): WSS digital infrastructure operates on minimal overhead: 3% Stripe processing fee + €0.88 server hosting cost per user.
