This proposal outlines a strategic partnership between World Super Series (WSS) and Zenzap as the Official Communications Partner across our combat and emerging sport verticals - beginning with Muay Thai and expanding into future properties such as Padel.

The partnership integrates Zenzap's communications infrastructure across our athlete, gym, and fan ecosystem - delivering direct customer acquisition, brand positioning, and first-party data capture across live events, digital platforms, and our OTT distribution network.

Given Zenzap's hyper-growth stage and appetite for scalable acquisition channels, we believe moving directly into an official partnership - rather than a pilot - unlocks greater integration depth, speed to market, and long-term commercial return for both parties.
